Private sessions can be for first timers as well as seasoned yogis. With my professional guidance, you will be guided safely into yoga poses, you’ll experience our somatic sensory method so your body can find its natural healthy alignment. Your body will begin to open and move more freely and become more flexible. If you have injuries or limitations, you can retrain your body slowly and safely. Benefits include expanding your breathing capacity, gaining more mobility in your joints, strengthening your bones and core, plus lowering physical tension and energy blockages, you’ll learn how to turn your pain body down through deep focused breath work, gradually you will begin to heal joint pain. If group sessions are not for you, private sessions will help you advance and understand how your body systems work, becoming more confident to attend our group classes with much more physical and mental ease. For those of you that enjoy group classes, private yoga sessions will deepen your understanding of yoga ! Gary will correct your alignment and create adaptations for your body’s individual needs with this method., private yoga or semi private yoga sessions are available for 1 to 8 students. private sessions can be held at your home on your deck, on the beach or in my private Studio in Cranston.
