You will be guided safely into yoga poses & you’ll learn how to reboot your somatic sensory system so your body can naturally rebalance through your neural pathways and reconnect to your healthy alignment throughout your whole body. Your body will begin to open and move more freely and become more flexible. If you have injuries or limitations, you can retrain your body slowly and safely. Benefits include expanding your breathing capacity, gaining more mobility in your joints, strengthening your bones and core, plus lowering physical tension and increasing your energy. If you are experiencing body pain or have injuries, the deep focused breath work will gradually begin to heal joint pain & injuries. If group sessions are not for you, private sessions will help you advance and understand how your body systems work, becoming more confident to attend our group classes with much more physical and mental ease. For those of you that enjoy group classes, private yoga sessions will deepen your understanding of yoga!
