If you have injuries or limitations, you can retrain your body slowly and safely. Benefits include expanding your breathing capacity, gaining more mobility in all of your joints, strengthening your bones & your core plus lowering joint pain. If group sessions are not for you, private sessions will help you advance and understand how your body systems work, deepening your flexibility , becoming more confident to attend our group classes with much more physical and mental ease. For those of you that enjoy group classes, private sessions will help you advance in your yoga practice by learning correct alignment and adaptations for your personal needs.
