 IF YOU HAVE INJURIES THIS IS THE CLASS FOR YOU!
​This gentle, therapeutic practice is ideal for beginners, focusing to reprogram through your nervous system deliberate slow movements to heal any injuries, chronic tension, trauma and or depression, improving mobility through safe, floor-based movements in a warm environment.
