Class Descriptions
​Quonny Yoga

M-W-F-10am
Classes are Hatha Yoga based, this practice focuses on breathIng & slow movement for safe deep stretching. Gary's classes include seated stretches, mindful sun salutations, standing poses & safe back bending poses,
cool down postures plus yogic breath work! Our breathing method will deepen your understanding of your whole body, Beginner Intermediate and advanced students are welcome to this class. Beginners- this class teaches how to heal injuries through mindful movement as your energy moves throughout your body, some experience helpful ( Heated 78-80*)

Yin Yoga

Relax your body and heal connective tissues. Slowing your body and mind down allows your body to release tension and heal, lowering your production of the stress hormone cortisol.
​ Brand new to Yoga great! Poses are broken down for simple understanding. You will be breathing more mindfully & develop mental and physical flexibility as you turn on your deep internal relaxation response, your ( para-sympathetic response). You will become attentive to slowing down your breathing & releasing trapped tension. By learning how to just let go.
This class is non-vigorous, slow passive movement’s. Poses are held for 3-5 min. no standing poses in this class Yin yoga is the softer side of yoga stretching.
​You will be left with a deep relaxed calmness within. This class is for everyone.
